Most of the people who are experiencing mental health difficulties are primarily concerned with the wellbeing of others, and do not have time and space for themselves. Starting therapy is an attempt and an opportunity to look at yourself. This may be an unfamiliar experience, and may create some anxiety, but with the guidance of an experienced professional, it could become an exciting journey. Please get in touch if you feel ready for it.
About me and my practice
I offer a safe and confidential space for my clients to talk about the things they can't talk about with anyone else.
